5 easy and creative ways to add more exercise to your day
You might be one of the people who really want to stay fit and would love to workout but time just isn’t your friend. The good thing is that at least you’re motivational about changing yourself and you want to get fit. Here I’ll tell you about 5 easy ways through which you can squeeze some time into your busy schedule.
Get organized:
The first thing I want you to do is to go to your work place, pick up a writing pad and write up a time table right now. I want to include everything you do daily in this piece of work, like when you wake up, go to sleep, come from work go to work, everything. This should also include every time you eat a meal from breakfast till dinner. Now when you’ve done all that I want you to look at it thoroughly and see whichever time you could possibly get free. What all this will do is set a clear picture in your mind of whatever you do and whenever you do it, you can clear up some time accordingly. You should add your gym going a time or wherever else you do your exercises to this time table where ever you see fit and you’ll see that you’ll be exercising more in no time.
Make Exercise your Life:
This is just very simple and straight forward, start involving exercise in whatever you do. When you’re sitting down move your fingers up and down, you have to go somewhere near don’t use the car use your God gifted abilities and walk. When you’re standing up in just do some jumping jacks or anything really that’ll get your body moving and your heart pumping. Incorporate work out into your way too busy life and you’ll notice that you’re losing weight. Get some boxing gloves and throw punches to keep your upper body pumped. Clean the house, walk the dog, do the dishes, take the stairs, all this stuff is just going to make you burn calories while you don’t even notice it. Of course, this is in no way anything near lifting weights in the gym but I’ll guarantee you this, it will make a difference.
Introduce new Hobbies into your Life:
We all have hobbies in our life, some great ones and some not so great. What I’m getting at here is that, why not we change our sidelines a bit. Instead of sitting on our butts and playing football on the console all day, maybe try going out and doing that in real life. What you need to do is to change your interests and your comforts into something that’ll help you to stay fit and healthy. Get into an HIIT class if you can which is near you and find free time to go there. Basically, change the way you look at stuff and find to waste your time on something that’ll maybe do you good. I’m not telling you to completely quit watching TV, but just take out a little bit of that time for something good.
Involve your entire Social Circle in Your new and Improved Life:
This step is very important and trusts me even though it doesn’t look like something that’ll do you much good if you take it seriously, it will. Your workout is something that should have your entire family together, you’ll feel more comfortable around them and would get a sense of responsibility once you are with them. When the entire family is involved and is doing something to better themselves, the enthusiasm of every single person increases and you including everyone looks forward to it every day. Your mental fitness is also positively affected when you’re with your family as each and every one of you is working together, and have a better mutual understanding. This way you get fit with the added bonus of spending more time with your family every day. So call up each and every one of your family member and have them exercise with you whether they like it or not because you know what’s better for them.
Get Mentally Healthy:
Your mental health should be as important to you as your physical one. So involve yourself in new and tough jobs every day where you have to put your mind to work and figure out everything by working your mind each time. Also, you should try to keep your mind active at all-time possible, because a lazy mind is an out of shape mind, so try to do as much activities as possible where you put your mind to the test, try to solve a puzzle, play a video game, read a book, anything really in which you feel your mind is engaged and functioning.
